1मैं हर समय यहोवा को धन्य कहा करूंगा; उसकी स्तुति निरन्तर मेरे मुख से होती रहेगी। 2मैं यहोवा पर घमण्ड करूंगा; नम्र लोग यह सुनकर आनन्दित होंगे। 3मेरे साथ यहोवा की बड़ाई करो, और आओ हम मिलकर उसके नाम की स्तुति करें। 4मैं यहोवा के पास गया, तब उसने मेरी सुन ली, और मुझे पूरी रीति से निर्भय किया। 5जिन्होंने उसकी ओर दृष्टि की उन्होंने ज्योति पाई; और उनका मुंह कभी काला न होने पाया। भजन संहिता 34
Plead my cause, O Lord, with them that strive with me: fight against them that fight against me. 2 Take hold of shield and buckler, and stand up for mine help. 3 Draw out also the spear, and stop the way against them that persecute me: say unto my soul, I am thy salvation. 4 Let them be confounded and put to shame that seek after my soul: let them be turned back and brought to confusion that devise my hurt. 5 Let them be as chaff before the wind: and let the angel of the Lord chase them.

Pujilah Dia dalam cakrawala-Nya yang kuat!
2Pujilah Dia karena segala keperkasaan-Nya,
pujilah Dia sesuai dengan kebesaran-Nya yang hebat!
3Pujilah Dia dengan tiupan sangkakala,
pujilah Dia dengan gambus dan kecapi!
4Pujilah Dia dengan rebana dan tari-tarian,
pujilah Dia dengan permainan kecapi dan seruling!
5Pujilah Dia dengan ceracap yang berdenting,
pujilah Dia dengan ceracap yang berdentang!
6Biarlah segala yang bernafas memuji Tuhan!

1Take heed that ye do not your alms before men, to be seen of them: otherwise ye have no reward of your Father which is in heaven. 2 Therefore when thou doest thine alms, do not sound a trumpet before thee, as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and in the streets, that they may have glory of men. Verily I say unto you, They have their reward. 3 But when thou doest alms, let not thy left hand know what thy right hand doeth: 4 That thine alms may be in secret: and thy Father which seeth in secret himself shall reward thee openly. 5 And when thou prayest, thou shalt not be as the hypocrites are: for they love to pray standing in the synagogues and in the corners of the streets, that they may be seen of men. Verily I say unto you, They have their reward.

१६ प्रभु दा मुंह बुराई करने आलें दे खिलाफ ऐ, तां जे धरती उप्पर उंदी याद गी कटया जा। १७ धर्मी लोक पुकारदे न, ते प्रभु सुनदा ऐ ते उनेंगी उंदी सारी मुसीबतें थमां मुक्त करदा ऐ। १८ प्रभु टुट्टे दिल दे नेड़े ऐ; ते पछताने आलें गी बचाई दिंदा ऐ। १९ धर्मी लोकें दे दुखें च मते सारे न; २० ओह अपनी सारी हड्डियां रखदा ऐ, ते उंदे च इक बी नेईं टूटी जंदी। २१ बुराई दुष्टें गी मारी देग, ते जेके धर्मी कन्ने नफरत करदे न, ओह उजाड़ होई जांगन। २२ प्रभु अपने दासें दी आत्मा गी छुड़ांदा ऐ, ते उंदे उप्पर भरोसा करने आह्लें चा कोई बी उजाड़ नेईं होग।

16 The face of the Lord is against them that do evil, to cut off the remembrance of them from the earth. 17 The righteous cry, and the Lord heareth, and delivereth them out of all their troubles.
18 The Lord is nigh unto them that are of a broken heart; and saveth such as be of a contrite spirit. 19 Many are the afflictions of the righteous: but the Lord delivereth him out of them all. 20 He keepeth all his bones: not one of them is broken. 21 Evil shall slay the wicked: and they that hate the righteous shall be desolate.
22 The Lord redeemeth the soul of his servants: and none of them that trust in him shall be desolate.
