Disgraced officer Marcelo Molfino went to work on Vidor as a deputy Constable and next thing you know it looks like he has already corrupted his boss Constable Ortego. I guess Ortego was not the brightest if he hired Molfino anyways cause Molfino being on any case could undermine that case in court since Molfino was fired for lying and stealing according to a signed report by Jefferson County DA leadership

Police took to him to Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont following the incident.

It is no surprise the Jefferson County DA employs Tommy Coleman, one of the most famously corrupt DA prosecutors in Texas. He famously withheld evidence across Texas and laughed and Mocked about it. His actions are connected to many innocent people going to jail, including Michael Morton, and his actions helped spur the movement to create the Michael Morton act. Figures the corrupt DA Bob Wortham would welcome him to Jefferson County. Hopefully the new DA cleans up the corruption in Jefferson County!

Beaumont officer goes to man’s house and gets in argument and shoots and kills him. No arrest made. The public needs to know what happened so nothing gets covered up!

You can’t make this up! Live trial shows DA prosecuting woman for alleged time card theft. This after the DA did not prosecute Marcelo Molfino for time card falsification theft of tax dollars. Why prosecute one person for it but then not prosecute your own investigator for the same thing! Corruption and favoritism at its finest. DA Bob Wortham did fire Molfino at least and thankfully the community saw he was a fraud and did not elect him for JP. But this trial shows the hypocrisy of the Jefferson County DA. Over in Orange County they are sending “most wanted” posters looking for DEAD people and people without warrants. Marcelo Molfino is working at Orange County Constable PCT 4 now. Is Molfino already bringing his mistakes over to Orange County now? We haven’t heard anything bad about Constable Ortego and we like the guy! But Molfino will end up tarnishing the constable’s good name. The constable should not bring Jefferson County corruption like Molfino into Orange County. If this was not Molfino’s mistake then just wait the Molfino mistakes and abuse of power and getting paid for time not worked will be coming to Orange County soon! Seriously though, it makes it hard to trust things the government puts out if you can’t trust what they are putting out to be accurate or verified.

IN WHAT WORLD IS IT OK FOR ANY INVESTIGATOR TO GET PAID BY SOMEONE IN A CRIMINAL CASE HE IS THE INVESTIGATOR ON? That is what Molfino did and doesn’t deny doing it and he doesn’t even think it is wrong. Any other law enforcement would have considered it a conflict and removed him from the case, but this is Jefferson County where corruption is rampant. Molfino might be a good guy to many people, but the bad things he has done are so bad that it is impossible for him to be any impartial credible court official. He has proven he will take cash under the table in a case he is involved in and he doesn’t even think it is wrong. He has serious issues and his behavior was criminal and he doesn’t even think anything he did was wrong. This isn’t just accusations from one man who is sending out postcards to expose this corruption, this is proven accusations from dozens of people including women in his own district where he is running for JP. More election campaign criminal violations by JP 4 candidate Marcelo Molfino. Molfino has once again chosen to keep voters from seeing is contributions and expenditures by failing to turn in his required campaign reports. Why doesn’t he want people to know which corrupt politicians are bankrolling him? It is a criminal and civil offense to not file the required reports, and Molfino was already busted earlier in this election for not turning in his reports. Either he just doesn’t think the law needs to be followed or he is just incompetent. Either way it shows they Marcelo Molfino is unfit to serve as a judge if a court where he must know the rules and uphold them! The Texas Ethics Commission is likely to at minimum fine Molfino for his blatant violations of the law.

SHOCKING: Fellow Police Officers turned in Marcelo Molfino for illegal activity. DA Wortham refused to prosecute and said Molfino is his “boy”. So all you Molfino Supporters wake up and see that Molfino is dirty even his fellow officers close to him saw the real Molfino and turned him in but Molfino never got prosecuted because Molfino worked for the DA. Jefferson County Corruption to the max. Are you gonna bash these other officers now and blame the accusations on one man when clearly it was every other person close to him saw his illegal activity and turned him in! We removed the original post because the woman from JP 4 who filed the complaints against Molfino several years ago doesn’t want to rehash the corruption of Molfino. We get that, which is why we allow anyone to be a part of us and send us info to post anonymously without fear of retaliation or attacking the messenger. The complaint this woman filed and her testimony against Molfino are public record you can see yourself if you want to. The point is that it is clear that all the things coming out against Molfino are not just from one person, David Bellow. Yes he is one of us anti corruption crusaders who sends up lots of info and documents about corruption and we frequently post his information, but he is only one of many, from police officers in port arthur who filed complaints of Molfino’s illegal activity, to this woman in JP 4 who was one of the first people to file a complaint against Molfino, it is clear that many many people know and have seen the corruption of Molfino and it is not just one person coming up with random accusations. Everything we post here is backed by facts and documents and testimony from many different people. You cannot silence us all and cannot hide from the facts.
