Vietnamese woman, NGUYEN THANH HANG, was conferred a counterfeit royal title as "Princess of Royal Maharlika" by LY THAO KY and IZASHY AMOR MASTURA (Bainot Mamasulog).
These two individuals, who are sought after by many for unpaid debts, have returned to the Philippines and resumed engaging in dubious activities after their previous escapade in 2022.
