🥑Avocados as known as the amazing superfood which contain the good fats, vitamins and nutrients necessary for our health; its buttery texture can also work as a skin conditioner! Actually, avocado is one of the best natural cleansers for your skin - its natural, healthy ingredients can make your skin feel moisturised, soft and practically glowing. How to make avocado facial mask? Here we go.

🧺Ingredients:
¼ a medium avocado
1 tablespoon of honey
1 teaspoon organic plain yogurt
½ teaspoon lemon juice

👩‍🍳Method and Tips:
~ Choose a very ripe avocado and blend it in a food processor for a super smooth mashed avocado paste.
~ Use non metal utensils such as wood or bamboo to mix well with yogurt, honey and lemon juice and stir until combined.
~ Your fingers are the best tools to apply the puree on your face:
~ Apply the puree on your face and wait for 10-20 minutes, then rinse with warm water and pat your face dry gently with your hand.
~ Use chilled avocado for an extra cooling mask that will also help to tighten pores.
~ Use fresh avocado puree face mask within 1-2 hours of making
~ Follow up with facial serum or moisturising lotion to seal moisture in the skin to keep it hydrated and glowing.



🥑牛油果係好多愛健康嘅人士喜歡嘅超級食物,又有好脂肪又有多種維他命同營養,除咗可以整沙律配燒雞,佢牛油般嘅質感仲可以擦落麵包甚至係擦落你塊面度添。唔係講笑嘎,牛油果係其中一種最好最天然嘅潔膚品,保濕效果一流,可以令膚質幼滑細嫩,滋潤又有光澤。係咪想試吓?其實製作同使用方法都好簡單:

🧺材料:
¼ 牛油果
1 湯匙蜂蜜
1 茶匙有機原味酸奶
½ 茶匙檸檬汁

👩‍🍳用法貼士:
~ 揀熟透嘅軟身嘅牛油果,用攪拌機攪碎到變咗糊狀。
~ 加有機原味酸奶、蜂蜜同檸檬汁,攪拌一起。最好唔好用金屬匙羹,因爲如果唔知金屬匙羹係由邊d金屬組成,有機會出現有化學反應,所以用木制嘅匙攪拌就安全得多喇。
~ 用自己嘅手指將攪拌好嘅牛油果面膜糊擦落塊面度,順變按摩吓。
~ 擦好之後靜候10-20分鍾,再用暖水洗乾淨,記得輕輕拍吓皮膚等皮膚吸收曬啲水份。
~ 如果整之前牛油果先放雪櫃,整出來會涼涼地,仲收毛孔添。
~ 記得整咗油果面膜糊要1-2小時之內用,如果唔係好易唔新鮮。
~ 擦完牛油果面膜之後再塗用開嘅護膚品,皮膚就更加水潤有光澤喇。

You don’t have to be a 5 star chef to make a delicious summer seafood meal for yourself, try this lovely Garlic Butter Shrimp recipe with simple ingredients and mixture of butter, herbs and spices, in only 15 minutes it’s ready to serve on your table!

First, soak the shrimp in salt water for a short time to refresh them after defrost.

If you use unpeeled shrimp, wash it first and pull off the legs and continue pulling back the shell, remove most of the shell but keep the tip of the tail.

Cut open from the back down to the tail of the shrimp and pull out the black vein. It will be easier if you use a toothpick to help lift the vein up and remove it.

Then soak the shrimp in cold water until you are ready to cook.

Prepare unsalted butter, lemon, fresh parsley or basil, green onions, shallots, salt and pepper. Remember use only fresh minced garlic.

Melt the butter in a medium high heat pan, fry shallots till they turn a little brown, add shrimps, season with salt and pepper. These garlic butter shrimp cook very quickly, it only takes 1-2 minutes for each side, try not to over cook them. Add the minced garlic and stir fry, add herbs and green onion. Cook shrimp for 30 - 50 seconds then add 1/4 cup of white wine. Let the sauce reduce a little, then you can add a pinch of red pepper flake for a sightly hot flavour, or a sprinkling of Italian seasoning for a herby flavour. Stir again to coat the shrimp into the sauce, turn off the heat and squeeze half a lemon over the top. Done!

Tips:

A fantastic seasoned garlic butter shrimp goes well with easy healthy side dishes which create a light but complete meal when you just want to stay at home for reading or movies at the weekend. Try pasta, tomato salad, cauliflower rice, sweet potato chips, asparagus, fried rice noodle or olive oil toasts.

夏日炎炎唔想出街但又想嘆五星級大廚嘅海鮮餐?不如試吓自己整碟好味又有夏日風情嘅蒜香牛油大蝦🦐喇,至啱又愛品嚐美食但又唔想搞到廚房烏煙瘴氣嘅你,煮嘅過程簡單快捷大概15分鐘就搞掂。

先將雪藏大蝦用鹽水浸一陣去除雪藏味,當然用新鮮蝦更好喇。最好就係連殼蝦,洗乾淨去蝦腳同殼,只需留尾部少少殼。用刀或剪沿蝦背開邊,再用牙簽挑走條黑色腸,哩個過程係有啲啲煩,不過一啲都唔難。然後將蝦浸落冰水待用。準備無鹽牛油、檸檬、新鮮荷蘭芹或者九層塔、蔥和紅蔥頭、鹽和黑胡椒。蒜蓉最好都係用新鮮蒜頭,唔好用樽裝嗰啲。
平低鍋用中火融咗牛油就炒紅蔥頭,轉咗少少金黃色然後落蝦,加啲鹽同黑胡椒,蝦好易過熟,每邊煎大概1至2分鐘就夠,再加蒜蓉一齊炒,落埋香草同蔥,大概半分至1分鐘之後就加1/4 杯白葡萄酒,等收汁(唔好冚蓋呀),之後可以加啲辣椒碎或者義大利乾香草碎,視乎你鐘意辣啲定係乜嘢風味。再翻炒幾吓等啲汁掛上啲蝦度,熄火然後擠檸檬汁,大功告成。

哩個蒜香牛油大蝦🦐好啱配埋其它主食或配菜,你可以加意粉、番茄沙律、椰菜花、番薯脆、露筍、炒米粉或者橄欖油多士,怕肥怕油膩就揀啲低卡路里嘅配料。如果仲覺得要準備太多材料好懶好想放棄,咁就再簡單啲淨係準備蝦、牛油、新鮮蒜蓉、鹽同黑胡椒,一樣煮到哩味蒜香牛油大蝦🦐,一樣好好味!

當然唔使講高級珠寶係投資首選啦,真金白銀鉑金等貴金屬加上純天然鑽石、紅寶石、藍寶石同稀有寶石等等,而哩類貴重物料加上精工鑲嵌和打磨嘅高級珠寶市場一直都不乏投資者,咁受歡迎主要係因爲貴金屬同寶石本身嘅價值之外,仲有恆久和耐用嘅特性。不過,的確唔係人人可以負擔到哩種貴重高級珠寶嘅價錢。

Steamed egg custard has been the most comforting food for me since I was very little. A small tea bowl of steamed egg custard served with minced pork and chopped spring onion topping, dressed with soy sauce, vinegar and sesame oil, will definitely warm me up on a raining night or stressful day.

This is how to make a perfect steamed egg custard that is smooth on the surface and with silky texture inside:

Tips:
~ Use 1 cup warm boiled water for 2 eggs and a small pinch of salt to speed up the firming process and help create a tender texture.
~ Use fish, shrimp or mushroom instead of meat to reduce calories.
~ Use warm or cooled down boiled water for eggs mixture, to get a soft and smooth texture without small bubbles.
~ You can also add chicken stock to the water to enhance the flavour.
~ Strain or remove the bubbles from the egg mixture for a smooth texture.
~ Wrap or cover the egg mixture bowl with a lid to prevent moisture dripping down on to the custard and to keep a smooth texture to your egg custard.
~ Steam for 8-10 minutes over slow heat (higher heat will cause the egg custard to boil creating bubbles and an uneven surface).
~ Adjust steaming time according to your container and the height of the custard. If using a shallow pan, then 6-8 mins is fine.

想蒸好一碗完美滑溜嘅蒸蛋,試試以下由經驗老到嘅家常菜專家推介嘅貼士:
~ 用1杯水2隻蛋嘅比例發蛋漿,加少少鹽,鹽份會令蛋漿凝結得快啲所以會又滑又彈。
~ 唔用肉碎可以改用魚肉、蝦、蘑菇或者粟米粒等低卡路里嘅食材。
~ 最好用暖嘅熟水開蛋漿,可以避免蒸蛋時會產生過多泡泡。
~ 或者用雞湯代替水,增加風味。
~ 發蛋漿後一定要記得將表面嘅泡泡整走,蒸出嚟嘅蛋就會滑嘟嘟喇。
~ 用碟冚住碗蛋漿嚟蒸,防止蒸嘅時後會有倒汗水滴落蛋漿度。
~ 記住水滾後要熄細啲火,用文火嚟蒸會無咁容易產生泡泡,蒸蛋先會滑嘟嘟嘠。
~ 至於蒸幾耐,要睇吓用咩容量嘅器具蒸。淺嘅煲同薄嘅碗就大概6-8分鐘,深嘅煲同厚嘅碗就大概8-10分鐘。
