NEW TEENSVILLE CD RELEASE!
JUST ANOTHER PRETTY FACE
1960s Girl Goodies Lost & Found

Another year onwards, another year older, another year further away from our favourite decade in music… but Teensville keeps digging!

Our brand-new CD, Just Another Pretty Face – 1960s Girl Goodies Lost & Found, is now ready to shine — a packed collection of 36 rare and obscure girl pop gems from the golden age of the 45.

Inside you’ll find forgotten teen queens, girl groups, studio hopefuls, one-off wonders and should-have-been stars — from sweet soda-shop pop and dramatic Brill Building ballads to stomping girl-group dancers, moody teen laments and sparkling mid-60s productions.

Featuring Susan Rafey, The Baby Dolls, Renee Medina, Chi Chi, Ginny Satin, Debbie Stanley, Lorraine Gray, Mikie & The Ardons, The Witches, Mona Thomas, Lynn Long, Adrienne Poster, Mary Saenz, Carolyn Day, The Charlettes, The Chadons, Maxine Davis, Jaye Kennedy, April Young, Linda Ball, Sunny Gale, The Penny Sisters, Suzanne Goddard, Mandi Martin and many more. The booklet notes that the release adds another helping of “rare and obscure girlie gems,” with some material restored from old 7-inch vinyl sources as respectfully as possible.

As always, this is Teensville territory: the records that slipped through the cracks, the voices that deserved another spin, and the little 45s that still sparkle decades later.

Have a listen to the medley below and discover Just Another Pretty Face — 1960s girl goodies, lost & found.
