Grab your tent and your bravest camping buddies — Keller’s Haunted Campout is back this Saturday, Oct. 18, at Bear Creek Park!

Check in starts at 3 p.m., and once you’re settled in, get ready for a night full of Halloween fun: a GooseChase scavenger hunt, costume and tent-decorating contests, tent-to-tent trick-or-treating, a spooky trail leading to the movie, and of course, a s’mores station to top it all off.

Dinner will be available from food trucks on-site, and breakfast will be served the next morning before everyone packs up.

Mr. Dowd was located at a gas station in South Arlington shortly before 11:00 am. Working with family members, our detectives were able to obtain information from an air tag and responded to the area. The Arlington Police Department had also received calls from the public and responded to the scene to assist. Mr. Dowd is in good condition and is being reunited with family.
We would like to thank the public for their concern and assistance. The Silver Alert has been discontinued.

GRAPEVINE, Texas (October 10, 2025) - Grapevine Police are asking for help from the public in locating a missing 72-year-old male identified as Kevin Dowd, who was last seen at approximately 1:00 pm yesterday afternoon leaving his residence. He is driving an orange 2024 Nissan Kicks, Texas License Plate VHP7265.

Kevin is a white male, 6’0”, 240 lbs, with short, white curly hair, blue eyes, and a goatee. He was last seen wearing a blue button-down shirt with a light-colored t-shirt underneath, khaki shorts, and white sneakers.

Kevin has memory issues due to a previous traumatic brain injury. This can cause him to become confused while doing normal activities and he has gotten lost in the past while running errands.

His vehicle was seen at approximately 10:00 pm on traffic cameras in the area of McPherson Boulevard in South Fort Worth.

A Silver Alert has been issued. Anyone who sees the vehicle or knows the whereabouts of Kevin Dowd should call Grapevine Police immediately at: 817-410-8127.
