Chinese Trailer of “Furious 7” (《速度与激情7》) OUT NOW

Why do we say “Furious 7” so cool that they lose all their friends? Because Dominic Toretto says so. He says, “I don't have any friend. We are a family.”

“Furious 7” is set to take place after Fast & Furious 6. After defeating Owen Shaw and his crew, Dominic Toretto (Vin Diesel), Brian O'Conner (Paul Walker) and the rest of the crew are able to return to the United States and live the normal life again as they had wanted, but Owen's older brother, Ian Shaw (Jason Statham), is after Dominic, seeking revenge for the death of his brother, putting the entire crew in danger once more. After learning of Han's death, the crew sets out to find the man who killed one of their own, before he finds them first. (Source: Wikipedia)

Luxury cars remain a highlight of the film. Dominic Toretto (Vin Diesel) drove a Lykhan Hypersport – currently one of the world's most expensive race cars. There are only seven of them and each costs about US$ 3.5 million. This race car sped through three Abu Dhabi skycrapers creating the most exciting visual stimulation.

The film is set to be released in North America on coming April 3, 2015.

Japanese Animation One Piece (《海賊王》) Posters OUT NOW!

According to the Japanese media, the characters of animation film “One Piece” have already been printed on posters. You can find them on Main Train Stations of Japan's 47 Prefectures. This is one of the event under the “Across Japan! OP 47 Sightseeing” campaign and is the derivative of the characters' CD sale.

Upcoming Film – “From Vegas to Macau II” (《澳门风云2》)

Directed by Wong Jing and produced by Andrew Lau, the film stars Chow Yun-fat, Nick Cheung, Carina Lau, Shawn Yue and Angela Wang. It is the sequel of last year's “From Vegas to Macau”. It is the fourth installment of the God of Gamblers film series where Chow reprises his role as the titular protagonist once again since 1994's God of Gamblers Returns.

We have received very positive feedback on “the first global trial on our “laughter fruit”” we carried out earlier. Both trailer and poster featuring HK actors, Chow Yun-fat and Nick Cheung, are launched to trigger laughs among “1.4 billion” audience. There is a mix of elements, including “Seven Stars Experience Massive Entertainment”, “Five Generation Family Fun” and “Century Sea-Air-Land Lineup”, in this family comedy.

It is set to be released in 3D on February 19, 2015.

“Season 2: Daddy, Where Are We Going?” MV and Posters Launch

The music video of Chinese film “Season 2: Daddy, Where Are We Going?” is launched today.
With a family movie, we need a lovely song to go with it. The theme song is named “Mwah” (《么么哒》). To make the whole experience even cuter, we also have a set of posters designed with a theme “cute sheep in the present box” ready. Our five little stars dress in “sheep costumes” and turn themselves into “baby lamb”. They are to save their old daddies in fighting against time monster and so they can go home and celebrate the coming Chinese new year together.

The film is set to be released in China on February 19, 2015.

The group appointed Feng Xing, former vp of PC-maker Lenovo, as president of the group's LeTV Smart Mobile.

Feng outlined the group's strategy and said LeTV Super Smart Phones would be launched within 100 days. Among the design team were over 1,000 people from leading Chinese tech firms, including Lenovo, Xiaomi and Meizu.

LeTV's daily and monthly unique visits during December ranked the company third among all video streaming websites in China. He said the LeTV Super Smart Phone would complete the company's plan to develop an ecosystem of "platform, content, terminal and application."

Chinese entertainment company LeTV plans to introduce its own smartphone in the next 100 days and expects an increase in revenue of up to 210 percent in fiscal year 2014.

- The Ghouls (寻龙诀 ) - The film, which is based on the No. 1 best-selling treasure hunting novel in China, stars “5-billion King” Huang Bo. It will be his only one in 2015.

- Design for Living (华丽上班族 ) - The film talks about office workers in the “Live and Life” advertising firm.

“Universal Cool Japan” Exhibition

Universal Studios Japan is currently running an exhibition with a theme of “Universal Cool Japan”. The exhibition will run till May 10, 2015. During the exhibition period, you can also find shows inspired by Kodansha's original comic “Attack on Titan” as well as Gainax's “Neon Genesis Evangelion”.

The “Universal Cool Japan” exhibition is showcasing original comic, animation and games in the country. In the “Attack on Titan The Real” display area, you can find two gigantic statues, including a 15-metre tall male giant Eren and another 14-metre tall female giant. There is also an experience activity on spot. Producers said they feel very satisfied with the statues “from the development of the characters to their skin, finger nails and every other details”. On the other hand, the interactive activity of “Neon Genesis Evangelion The Real 4D” also allows visitors to see the development of the original story plot. Producer of the comic said the show is released in 4D and it is hard to be compared with animation film. The effect is very good, he added.
