This photoshoot almost ended before it even started.

She wanted this photoshoot to be amazing but being in front of the camera made her feel uncomfortable because she didn't want to look awkward when she was posing .

The truth is, you don't need to know how to pose. That's my job.

So with some guidance and some little adjustments she stopped thinking about her fears and started gaining more confidence .

That’s why I don’t just take pictures. I want you to step in front of my camera and leave feeling a little more confident than when you arrived.

Moments between thoughts📸

Do you know that a woman can be joyful, thoughtful, peaceful, ambitious, uncertain and strong sometimes all in the same day. This is a phenomenon called “perfection bias,” where women are expected to meet multiple standards all at once. She has to be successful, attractive, kind, confident, calm and never appear overwhelmed which can be overwhelming and stressful.

This photoshoot celebrates the emotions beyond expectations ,the smile, the silence, the thoughts and the calm.

Only natural light was used during this shoot, with a 50 mm lens which is my go to lens for portrait photography.
