Dog Belly is something I get the benefit of doing when it is financially easy to do so. This lil ol' thing has been temporarily dead for like a year, but I absolutely believe I'll come back to it. It'll take a bit. Until then - it would mean a lot if you gave this album a listen. All of us worked really hard on it, and it's a product of years at work. Hope ya'll are having a good time. (I'll try to get back to everyone who sent me questions about tapes, shows, etc soon..thank you for your patience).

I owe my pals Manny and Hannah the entire world for being patient and waiting for me to finally announce and finish this release.

I met Manny on the internet after looking up bands with digimon references. That was a few years ago already?

Even if it's not much, It really means a lot to me that I got to make tapes for these two bands.

Hi ya'll! I've been really really quiet as far as running a label goes. I owe lots of apologies. Sometimes hell breaks loose in your personal life and you owe it to yourself to prioritize and make sure things don't completely fall apart. Thank you for supporting dog belly and the kiddos who write really sick tunes. Honestly, I check like once every two weeks and people consistently play the hell out of the songs. It's obviously not shocking, but it's definitely still wild?? People really like all of this, and it feels good to play a part, but I really want to do much more. It is hard and not easy. This whole thing was an experiment from the beginning, but I really want to get better. Regardless, annoouuuncements:

1. Finally shipping out the File Island/ West America tapes to my friends in california. This release is being posted online this week. I love these songs so much.

2. Booking a show at Pet House for Foster Carrots on January 23rd! Event Page soon. He is so SICK AND GOOD. All Hail Felix.

3. Snail Mail is recording during first week of February

4. Mothpuppy is recording in late August

5. Other things?? I am filled with admiration for all the things I've gotten to do in 2015. Music for me is still just a child-like curiosity. I don't feel like I was supposed to do any of the cool things I've done, but I keep doing the thing with people I love a tremendous amount. It's all so weird. I'm the least important part of everything I do, and I find great worth in supporting the talented people around me. idk. I care a lot about this.

Be nice to your friends. Don't misgender people. Listen carefully. Dunk on people when you have to. Adopt a dog. Play with that dog.
