An engineering graduate of great intellect and integrity, he inspired us with his humility and wisdom. The eighth volume of Panjab Journal of Sikh Studies, published by Panjab University came online today. This volume is dedicated to the 150th birth anniversary of Bhai Vir Singh. There are 14 articles in English and 10 in Punjabi. The contributors come from varied disciplines like History, Punjabi, Human Rights and Archaeology.
