I go to the UK for two weeks and come back yesterday to read about complete and devastating Federal AND State cuts to Public and Community Broadcasting. These decisions have created an OUT of the BLUE yearly Quarter of a Million Dollar hole in our budget at WMNF TAMPA 88.5 FM. WOW.

SO... WMNF is dedicating ALL of Saturday to "SAVING PUBLIC MEDIA." Did we WANT to do a FUND DRIVE DAY a month after our successful Summer Drive? NO!! But, we MUST. Our survival is at stake. I cannot IMAGINE life in the USA without Public and Community Broadcasting. Hopefully, you can't either!

Hey, fans of The 70's Show ROCKS with KTUF on WMNF TAMPA 88.5 FM! I will be traveling to the UK and will miss the next two Saturdays - July 5 and 12. Not to worry... the show will be in good hands: Stuart Mellish 7/5 and DJ Jimmy 7/12.
