So, Hilda Baci’s largest cooking pot eventually collapsed, perhaps due to pressure, miscalculation, or just wear and tear.

But my focus wasn’t on the pot. It was on her calmness. While crew members and everyone around were panicking, she stayed composed. That’s leadership. That’s control. No panic.

Personally, I don’t even believe in failure. Even when I fail, I don’t notice it, I don’t talk about it, I just keep moving. Because all I do is win.

The lesson here is that things will collapse, break, or scatter. What matters is not the noise around you but the state of mind within you.
