Ingredients:
1 cup butter
1/2 cup icing sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cup all purpose flour
I used Icing to stick the biscuits together as I didn’t have melted white chocolate
Raspberry jam
Method:
Using a hand mixer, cream the butter and icing sugar together for a couple of minutes. Add the vanilla and 1/2 tsp salt and continue to mix until fully incorporated. Add the flour gradually until your mixture has formed a dough.
Cut out your cookie shapes with a cookie cutter. Place cookies on baking tray and place tray in the refrigerator to chill while the oven is preheating.
Bake the cookies at 180c for 8 minutes ❣️
