I'm a City Girl with big dreams of living out in the Country. I love to Garden, do Crafts, Cook, Bake, Love the Outdoors, Animals, Family, ect.

I love nature, wildlife, gardening and anything outdoors. I enjoy doing Crafts, Gardening, Sewing, Crocheting, Making Homemade Soap, Reading, watching a good movie, ect. You name it and I'm pretty sure that it's on my list of things I love, like and /or enjoy. I'm a Mom of 2 wonderful kids. A daughter and A son. They are my world. I like seeing them learn about all kinds of thing. Especially how

things grow. We have been learning new things about Farm animals and one day hope to be raising some of our own. That would be awesome.

At a recent visit with my new Neurologist he suggested I get an EEG. Well I hate getting them but it’s a necessity. Got it today and I absolutely hate how I feel the rest of the day afterwards. Will make sure I sleep good tonight.

Yesterday I render some leaf fat from about we were gifted a couple years ago. This leaf lard came out beautiful. This beautiful white lard will be getting used for pie crusts mainly. And anything else I can for baking because it has no taste or smell.
