Dad knocked down a 9 point in IL! Super proud of him. He made a perfect shot on the buck. He was nose down after a doe. I passed 15 or so bucks and had a nice one far off the last night. Til next year.

Pretty awesome mount from my brother at does a stellar job and is already full for 2025. This was my ‘24 buck. Wow! Appreciate him letting my Dad and I come down to hunt. Get at him for 2026 if you need a taxidermist

Deer Camp 2025 in came and went, so fast. Mild weather and neighbors sighting-in rifles at 8pm before opening day made some slow hunting. We still saw deer and had opportunities. More importantly we enjoyed each other’s company and laughed more than ever. Lots more season to come!

We are a couple regular Joes who want to learn about as much about habitat management as we can. Our mission is to become better habitat managers. So, we started a podcast to learn... which will in turn help other guys/gals learn as well, as we share our journey.
