A great concert is coming to Edmond Town Hall in Newtown. Martin Barre the long time guitarist for Jethro Tull and solo artist will be playing an acoustic "unplugged" concert on April 13th. Westport Country Playhouse is a local treasure. For decades they have produced Broadway quality plays with a long list of famous names performing onstage. Paul Newman, Gene Wilder, Liza Minelli are just a few of the many famous names.
Now on stage is Native Gardens, a comedy that deals with some serious issues yet in a lighthearted and uplifting well. Brilliant writing and stage design coupled with excellent actors are some of the highlights of this play. Check out my review.
