Full Mettle Full Mettle was founded by Hip Hop legend and music icon Kool G Rap and his business partner Shar.

The mantra they set out for this independent label was to provide a strong and solid foundation for; musicians, producers and artists to develop their talents and breath life back into an ever soulless industry without inhibition or restrictions but always receiving guidence to fully reach their potential. The full Mettle team are encouraged to develop and always push boundaries in the pursuit to reach perfection, whether it's in the audio or visual world. Even though the labels heritage lies in Hip Hop it actively searches for talented; artist, producer and writers in all genres of the entertainment business.
