Just visited the magical Château d'Yquem, which dominates its appellation both topographically and with the quality of its wines.
The team is dynamically enhancing the reputation of this iconic estate.
The Y 2022 is superb, a great and vibrant dry white. The sweet wines reveal their magic—I had the chance to taste the 2021, 2014, 1984, and 1954 vintages. Balance is key. Yquem is radiant and eternal!

**🍷✨ Exceptional Evening at Caves Legrand Paris ✨🍷**

I had the pleasure of attending an extraordinary at Caves Legrand Paris, featuring the finest from . The evening was a celebration of exceptional , including Labet, Pierre Overnoy, Domaine des Miroirs, and Domaine Ganevat.

The Overnoy wines stood out with their elegance and uniqueness, especially the 1999 Vin Jaune. Ganevat’s "Les Vignes de Mon Père" 2006 was on par with the greatest white Burgundies. Domaine des Miroirs delighted with their sublime aromas, while Labet impressed with their precision.

Bourgogne rouge Les Ravery 2019 :
Nez poudré, arômes de rose de Damas, bouche élégante, belle tension. Et finale sur les arômes floraux

Gevrey Chambertin Village 19 :
Nez floral et épicé,
En bouche, une belle matière avec un boisé frais bien intégré.

Gevrey Chambertin Clos Tamisot 2017
Nez aux notes camphrées et florales.
Une bouche chaleureuse, finale reglissée.

Chambertin Clos de Bèze 2017 :
Un bouquet de pivoines et de roses.
Un vin puissant et racé. Arômes de fraises écrasées. Une finale toute en finesse et fraîcheur, sur un toucher boisé frais.
