At the end of last year I made a promise and commitment to myself that I’d get fully healthy and try to reach my apex in physical form. The plan was to validate to myself that my body should reflect how my mind works and I did that. Somehow this all turned into the urge to compete to add extra accountability and max commitment to do so. So my direct inspiration came from my bro and his story itself lead me to intensify what already existed. So I went to him for coaching and training. An added bonus was world class training and coach . With his knowledge and my motivation and discipline we joined forces and created a journey that I 1000% enjoyed every moment of. I went from 215lbs in March to 168lbs in September. Thank you to my family for the sacrifices they made for me to commit to this lifestyle cuz I’m all in now to health and fitness. I want yall to know that whatever you do, discipline will take you way further than motivation will.

Oh yea I won 2nd place my first time around!!!

Weathered every storm and still came out victorious!!! Never complained and never cried publicly about who ain’t with this s**t. 2 denominators common when this s*t stop adding up.
