We were present Latitude59 this week, our second time taking part in this important event for tech startups.

Had some very interesting and relevant meetings with other founders and investors.

Great to see that your vision can overlap and have some aspects in common with that of others, and there's always something new to learn from these interactions.

Very excited to share that Cinergetik has recently found a new home in Tallinn. Our head office is now located in the Grüne Business Center (Grüne Maja), one of the few buildings of its kind in Estonia. The A-energy class building implements eco-friendly innovations that can help us support our commitment to a more conscious way of doing business. The 'TABS' tech implemented here means there are no traditional heating or cooling systems. The building is located next to a 5.3KM biking path, which makes it easier to just bike to work when needed.

Last week, we were able to attend the first module of an intensive Sustainability training, with a focus on film & media projects (Vienna, Austria). The ISI - International Screen Institute aims at becoming Europe’s leading media, film and television training provider, and we couldn't be more happy to be part of this program. - With a diverse group of talented speakers and participants, the training will help us in defining and implementing sustainable policies, protocols and processes for our production system, to counterbalance the negative impacts of resource consumption.

Cinergetik's founder Johnattan Baez attended Latitude59 this week, in Tallinn. A key event in the Baltics for startups, investors and people involved with technology and innovation. Estonia continues to play an important role as a global leader in digital innovation and startup hub and the magnitude and energy felt at this event highlights this. We did relevant networking and learned quite a bit from successful founders and leaders as we prepare the foundation for a long and exciting ride.

Social drama with an unconventional plot, which addresses the problem of femicide from a psychological perspective. Written and directed by Cinergetik's founder Johnattan Baez, produced in partnership with Merkiseded Avelino.

"The possible solutions to the high rates of femicides are frequently listed. However, even if the attempt is being made, our women, teenage and infant girls continue to be murdered. During the first exclusive screening of the film "Another Orange", Cinergetik's founder Baez , who is himself Dominican, took the opportunity to introduce a series of proposals for the continuous development of the film industry in the Dominican Republic, which focused on fostering the production, distribution and exhibition of short films at a larger scale.

The event took place in Santo Domingo, with the presence of key representatives from the government and the film industry.
