DV Radio [Network] is for the Veteran, Active Duty, Guard and Reserve members to listen to 24/7 music and REAL Veteran hosts speak on a variety of growing shows with "barracks talk", news that pertains to veterans and the military, filled with military humor and always able to lean on a brother/sister when they need to talk, cry, or just joke around. The chat-room is open 24/7 on the radio website. (With the occasional Service Gerbil mixed in.)
At DV Radio, we strive to make our listeners laugh, cry, and forget their past demons for whatever length of the show is. Every last person that works on DV Radio either shows or otherwise are completely volunteers. This means that none of them get paid. If that ever changes then we would let our listeners know. They all have personal lives and jobs outside of this but they do this because of you, the listener, and it helps them deal with what’s going on in their lives as well. Even when we aren’t on air we try to post things to our social media to interact with each and every last one of them. This is something that is at the core of DV Radio, interacting with the community and listeners. We’re not a huge place and we may not reach millions of people, but it’s the few that we do reach and if we can help just one brother or sister with their goings on then we have succeeded in our mission.
