Vinesh Phogat weight-mystery deepens:
A step towards knowing the truth is what food she was given, how much, and how much fat it contained.
Saying that she was given energy-giving food is meaningless because it contains no info. Everybody is taking energy-giving food including me.
I thought about this in the gym and my conclusion was:
In order to increase your weight by 2.7 kg in a day you must eat 10 kg food that day.
Reason: even the most fatty and sugary food does not contain more that 25% fat and sugar.
So a simple calculation says she must have eaten about 10 kg food that day. The rest of 75% food passes out of the body without leaving any fat.
This does not make any sense.
