Hi, I’m Steph 🌻 from the West Midlands!

I’m a registered nurse who spent years working long shifts, weekends, and holidays… leaving little time for myself, my health, or the things I love 💭 this then caused me to become unwell and my physical health began to suffer.

I’ve always been passionate about exploring new places, soaking up the sunshine ☀️, and living a balanced lifestyle — but I knew something had to change if I wanted more freedom, flexibility and most importantly, improved health!

That’s why I decided to start my journey online 💻🌴 and it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made!

A big hello to all of my new followers 🥰🤗

I am now back on the grid! After a short break and a much needed rest.
2024 wasn’t very kind to me with various health and personal problems. But I am back and ready to make big changes for 2025 and to make it a much more positive one, starting with all things business 🥰

I had the luxury of spending a few days with my family which is something I was never able to do whilst working in the hospital, due to my unsocial hours and chaotic shifts!

Burnout is real! Why do we put up with this for so long!? Take the leap of faith like I did and start enjoying life, your new chapter is waiting for you 🥰🌻

Another wholesome weekend 💕

Isn’t it funny as you get older your priorities change? Good company, walks in nature, good food, fur babies and laughter is the only medicine I will ever need.

Working full time in the NHS would NEVER have allowed me to have this time freedom! I worked majority of weekends and worked unsocial hours which never allowed me to see my friends & family! And even on my days off, I was too shattered to do anything!

Starting my online business has allowed me to change my life in every positive way possible! I could not be more grateful. Let me help you do the same 🥰 send me a DM and I will tell you more! 🌻

Walks with business women and our fur babies 🐶

We spoke alot about how much this business has changed our lives, we talked a lot about future plans and how we can reach higher ranks. We also spoke about how grateful we are for the opportunity and that it was the best decision we ever made 🌻

Just ask yourself, are you happy in your career? I know I wasn’t, but I am now ❤️ can you say the same?

Although I am not a fan of the cold, I always find that winter walks are the most picturesque and beautiful.

The BEST Christmas break 🎄✨

I cannot remember the last time I was able to spend Christmas with family and friends, let alone be able to go away for 4 days! If you’re a fellow Nurse/Paramedic, you will understand this! But now my priorities have changed & my life is changing. All thanks to the changes I made In 2023!

I hope 2024 brings all the happiness and love, & I hope it will be the best year for all of you, as I know it will be for me 🥰✨

I have had a super busy weekend. Lots of food, drinks, great company and laughs. I am always so grateful that I can now spend the Christmas holidays with family and friends. Working 10+ years as a nurse in the NHS, this was something that I was never able to do! I have missed out on so many memories and good times.
Now my life has changed and I get to experience the festive period as it should be and get to actually live my life! ✨

I am the worst when it comes to procrastinating!! And then realised how much time I was wasting by overthinking everything and not actually taking action!

Sometimes you have to take the risk and jump straight in. Are you happy with your life? Would you be happy if you were still living this exact life in the next 5 years?
