But sometimes, the hardest decisions end up being the best ones.
I reached a point where I knew I needed more: more freedom, more time, more peace.

Now I’m building a life and career that works around my health and happiness, not against it 🌿

I’ll never forget this photo — Christmas Day on the ward.
I’d cried most of the day, completely exhausted, running on caffeine and empty smiles for the sake of everyone else.
That was the moment I knew… it had to be my last Christmas working on the ward. 💔

I loved caring for people, but I couldn’t ignore how much it was costing me — mentally, physically, emotionally.
My health was slipping, my happiness felt like a memory, and I just knew I couldn’t keep living like that.

That day, I promised myself I’d find a different way — one that allowed me to work for myself, around my health, my happiness, and my life. 🌿

Now, I get to build something that gives me freedom — to slow down, to rest, to live.

Hi, I’m Steph 🌻 from the West Midlands!

I’m a registered nurse who spent years working long shifts, weekends, and holidays… leaving little time for myself, my health, or the things I love 💭 this then caused me to become unwell and my physical health began to suffer.

I’ve always been passionate about exploring new places, soaking up the sunshine ☀️, and living a balanced lifestyle — but I knew something had to change if I wanted more freedom, flexibility and most importantly, improved health!

That’s why I decided to start my journey online 💻🌴 and it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made!

A big hello to all of my new followers 🥰🤗

I am now back on the grid! After a short break and a much needed rest.
2024 wasn’t very kind to me with various health and personal problems. But I am back and ready to make big changes for 2025 and to make it a much more positive one, starting with all things business 🥰

I had the luxury of spending a few days with my family which is something I was never able to do whilst working in the hospital, due to my unsocial hours and chaotic shifts!

Burnout is real! Why do we put up with this for so long!? Take the leap of faith like I did and start enjoying life, your new chapter is waiting for you 🥰🌻

Another wholesome weekend 💕

Isn’t it funny as you get older your priorities change? Good company, walks in nature, good food, fur babies and laughter is the only medicine I will ever need.

Working full time in the NHS would NEVER have allowed me to have this time freedom! I worked majority of weekends and worked unsocial hours which never allowed me to see my friends & family! And even on my days off, I was too shattered to do anything!

Starting my online business has allowed me to change my life in every positive way possible! I could not be more grateful. Let me help you do the same 🥰 send me a DM and I will tell you more! 🌻
