The Totalsports Two Oceans Marathon (TTOM) widely regarded as “the world’s most beautiful marathon,” will return to the Mother City on Saturday, 11 April (Ultra Marathon) and Sunday, 12 April 2026 (Half Marathon).

Entries for both races will be managed through a ballot (draw) system, with the first phase opening on Monday, 15 September 2025.

The 2025 Absa RUN YOUR CITY SERIES will conclude in the “City of Gold” on National Heritage Day, Wednesday, 24 September, with the Absa RUN YOUR CITY Joburg 10K.

To ensure a smooth race day experience, participants are encouraged to use the convenient Park and Ride service from the Johannesburg Athletic Stadium in the Ellis Park Precinct, or the fast and reliable Gautrain and Gautrain Bus services.

The 2025 Absa RUN YOUR CITY Tshwane 10K drew an impressive field of 10 000 runners on Sunday, 24 August, with participants gathering at the foot of the majestic Union Buildings to kick off the iconic race. Kabelo Mulaudzi extended his winning streak, securing a third consecutive Absa RUN YOUR CITY SERIES victory in an impressive time of 29:00, while Glenrose Xaba delivered a commanding performance to successfully defend her title in 31:50.

RACE REPORT: A record field of 12 000 runners lined up for the season finale of the 2025 Totalsports Women's Race, held at Marks Park, Emmerentia, on Sunday, 17 August 2025, in support of PinkDrive.

Amidst a stellar lineup of world-class elite athletes, Selam Gebre (Ethiopia) emerged as the strongest competitor of the day, powering to a well-deserved victory with an impressive time of 33 minutes 27 seconds.
