I’m still devastated over the passing of my adopted stray cat, Potpot. I just found out while I was in the hospital — my mom told me not to look for Potpot anymore when we return home. It breaks my heart to know that three big dogs from our neighbor attacked and killed my poor cat... and the owner said they just forgot to lock their gate. 💔
Potpot had been with me for more than two years. He always waited for me to come home from work just to greet me. We used to save food for him, and I even bought cat food just for him… and just like that, he’s gone.
Please, to all pet owners — always make sure your pets are secured and your gates are locked. A moment of neglect can cost another life. Potpot didn’t deserve this.
Rest in peace, my sweet Potpot. You may be gone, but you’ll forever be loved and remembered. 🕊️🐾
