Kirstie and Phil's Love It or List It. Tonight at 8pm on channel 4. Phil reunites with Carol and Andrew from Harrogate, whom he initially met in 2016 during a dispute over their charming three-bedroom house. Andrew firmly believed in the unbeatable location, while Carol was eager to sell. Alongside the outdated kitchen, Carol envisioned a potential need for her father, Dennis, to move in. Kirstie came up with an ingenious plan to create the family kitchen and extra bedroom space they needed, working to a budget of £60,000. Phil on the other hand had £475,000 to convince Andrew to up sticks. He showed them three beautiful homes in the Yorkshire countryside.
