*Newly Elected Working Journalist Association Kishtwar Meets DC Kishtwar*

The newly elected Working Journalist Association Kishtwar, led by President Tousif Kriapak along with Vice President Asif Butt, General Secretary Baber Farooq, Senior Journalist Mushtaq Ahmed Dev and Muntasir Giri today called on Deputy Commissioner Kishtwar, Pankaj Kumar Sharma.

The delegation briefed the DC Kishtwar about the recently held Association elections and expressed their gratitude for his support in ensuring the smooth conduct of the process. They also raised several issues concerning journalists working in Kishtwar.

DC Kishtwar assured the delegation of all possible assistance in addressing their concerns, acknowledging that the media is the fourth pillar of democracy. He emphasized the importance of a healthy working environment for journalists.
