Cary Night Market’s second annual BOOzilla takes place at Downtown Cary Park on Friday, October 17 at 6:30 p.m. The event features a puppy parade and pet costume contest in the themes of Wicked and Jurassic Paws. SCARY CREATURES. Cary Theater hosts the 10th annual Zombiepalooza, a short film competition, on the Downtown Cary Park’s Great Lawn on Friday, October 24. Guests are encouraged to dress in their favorite costumes and compete for prizes for best kid Halloween costume and best adult Halloween costume. The event is free.

NEW FOOD ITEMS. The Carolina Hurricanes will offer new food and beverage options at Lenovo Center’s Legends Club for the 2025-26 season. Willy’s Hot Chicken, in collaboration with retired Hurricanes’ star Justin Williams, and Sup Dogs, the famed Greenville college bar, will bring new flavors to the menu. The club will operate in a temporary space at the start of the season, offering an all-inclusive food and beverage experience with rotating selections throughout each event.
