40 (or older)? Test your fitness with these challenges from 👇
1. Goblet squat half your body weight for 20 reps. Strong legs = longer lifespan.
2. Carry your body weight for 2 minutes. Grip strength is also linked to longevity.
3. Do 5 unbroken pullups. This tests upper body and relative strength.
4. Kneel and rise with no hands. Balance and coordination decline with age—this test shows where you are.
5. Do 25 unbroken pushups. This tests upper body endurance and core strength.
6. Dead hang for 2 minutes to test shoulder strength and grip.
7. Run a 10-minute mile. This strengthens VO2 max, a major indicator of heart health and longevity.
