“The Daily Squawk” is a platform in which to host and distribute your Small Business news via Press Releases. Your day to day Social Media posts, if you use Social Media, are perfect for keeping your current followers up to date with you daily business activities, whilst Press Releases are reserved for your big news, news that you would love to get in front of more cus
tomers with, or even better, in front of the media with! What is a Press Release? Long assumed as the domain of big corporations with endless budgets, Press Releases convey your important business news and updates in a concise and professional document and/or video that can be easily understood and shared by customers and the media alike. How will “The Daily Squawk” benefit my business? In one word, Exposure! Closer to launch we will go into more detail, but simply put, the platform will be a rolling news desk and repository of Small Business news that will be searchable, added Google kudos too, in which you can post your own Press Releases and view other releases from any industries that you are involved in or just interested in following for up to date news and opportunities. We personally are not always interested in what the giant corporations, like Coca Cola and Fonterra, are doing every day, we want to know what the Small Businesses in New Zealand are doing, what their BIG news is and how they are truly driving our economy. This is why “The Daily Squawk” idea was hatched. The team consists of PR professionals, Small Business owners, an award winning photographer/writer and IT engineers that have together designed and built “The Daily Squawk”. When we launch we will be on hand to help with getting those new to Press Release writing and creating on the right track.
