We are incredibly proud to celebrate AL BARANEYA, the debut feature by Ashgan El-Hamus, selected for Giornate degli Autori at the Venice Film Festival, where it will have its World Premiere.
This film has been a very special journey for SEERA FILMS, and we are especially proud of our collaboration with BALDR Film a partnership built on trust, openness and a shared belief in Ashgan’s vision.
Shooting in Ashgan’s family village in Egypt, with a small and diverse Egyptian and international crew working closely with the local community, made this an experience we will always carry with us.
