Philippine Star really tried to make it relevant but their post basically contradicted their own Biblical Motto. The event at the Marikina Sports Center was never related to the Founding Anniversary of Marikina but was a political campaign for Stella Quimbo. She and her team only used the Founding Anniversary as a facade to make themselves get away from an election offense.

According to the Republic Act 12103, every April 16th is declared as Marikina City Day, in commemoration of the city's foundation day (April 16, 1630). Although the Philippine Star did edit their post, they never removed the "Marikina Founding Anniversary" in their caption. A political campaign is not and will never be related to the city's founding anniversary.

COMELEC Resolution No. 11064, Article V, Section 1 has already been violated by the page Marikina City Today. The page has, not only been posting false information, but also uses troll farms (false amplifiers) in their posts to promote misinformation. And they've also violated the Omnibus Election Code Section 261 (z) (11).

Paging COMELEC. You're a bit quiet in Marikina while actively participating in cases that involve Pasig and Manila Officials.

Comelec Marikina 1st District COMELEC DepEd Philippines when will y'all have the balls to deal with these election offenses and violations? You've been quiet a lot lately when Stella Quimbo and Miro Quimbo have repeatedly violated multiple Republic Acts, DILG Memorandum Circulars, COA Circulars, COMELEC Resolutions, and DepEd Division Memorandums, but somehow these cases have flown over your heads.

There have been SO MANY COMPLAINTS against Stella Quimbo's actions and yet these cases have fallen into deaf ears. If you truly are a credible institution, prove your worthiness and act on these online complaints, instead of relying on those cases filed through personal complaints. You've also been seen acting on cases that were posted online but somehow, in this case in Marikina, nothing. There's double standards happening because of the issues posted on social media that got immediate attention by COMELEC, and DepEd like the ones in Pasig, Davao Region, and Manila, but in Marikina, there's no action against the Quimbo's multiple violations. Have the balls to act, instead of being deaf and blind. If you can act on complaints posted on social media in other cities and municipalities, why single out Marikina?

I find it ironic and kind of embarrassing that religious people come to the aid of corrupt politicians and defend them 'til their last breath. What do you even use religion for? To justify your selective belief? Even to the point of using Bible verses to justify a corrupt politician's actions.

Since y'all have been selective in attempting to justify the means by your Ayuda Politicians, here are some Bible verses to make you reflect on your choices.

Exodus 20:16
"Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbor"

Proverbs 19:5
"A false witness shall not be unpunished, and he that speaketh lies shall not escape"

Proverbs 6:16-19
16 "These six things doth the Lord hate: yea, seven are an abomination unto Him"
17 "A proud look, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood"
18 "An heart that diviseth wicked imaginations, fell that be swift in running to mischief"

(God specifically hates those who are deceitful and divisive, especially when the means are to harm others through lies)

The Bible Verses: Exodus 20:16, Proverbs 19:5, Proverbs 6:16-19, and Ephesians 4:25 all point towards condemning those who lie against another while Proverbs 17:23, Micah 3:11, James 4:1-2, and Ecclesiastes 7:7 all point to the use of money by means of bribery to corrupt the hearts and minds of people.

I'm not the religious one, and yet I still know these and other verses of the Bible is what's keeping my moral compass solid. If religious people love quoting the Bible so much, why are they using it to justify the actions of the corrupt politicians in the first place when Bible verses such as the ones mentioned above exist? Or do they just try and be selective so that it wouldn't hurt their ego of being a Christian/Catholic?

I'm merely stating a fact, and not an attack towards Christian/Catholics. Stop using your religion to justify immoral actions, especially during the campaign period.

I honestly feel bad and ashamed for Nicholas Kaufmann who constantly gets spam and attacks from both pro-Duterte and anti-Duterte respectively. He doesn't deserve such treatment. And the fact that both may sound the same, the only difference is how their names are spelled.

Nicholas Kaufman is Duterte's ICC Lawyer while Nicholas Kaufmann is a fiction and horror writer. What's the difference if their names sound alike? It's the spelling of their last name. The ICC Lawyer only has a single 'n' in his name (Kaufma*n*) while the horror writer has two 'n' in his name (Kaufma*nn*).

Why do I feel bad and ashamed? Because it solidifies the PISA Grade for the Philippines in terms of how bad the reading comprehension is. Just by the lack of comprehension in looking up their names properly (Kaufman and Kaufmann), these people (pro and anti) prove how bad it truly is.

Even Wikipedia knows the difference between the two by adding "Not to be confused with..." and a hyperlink to that specific person's information. Like, come on. It's not that hard to Google their names. But unfortunately, people would rather believe in vloggers instead of doing research for themselves to avoid getting humiliated. Just by the spelling alone can get one or more humiliated for spamming and attacking them.

What's the point of comparing both when it comes to infrastructure accomplishments? They're funded by taxpayers anyway. The only way to properly compare them is if they show up during the most difficult times like disasters, specifically during floods, storms, and typhoons.

Based on previous years, it's only been the Teodoros who have been actively participating in rescue and humanitarian efforts during these times of calamities. The Quimbos are nowhere to be seen. They've only been appearing when the streets have been cleared of obstruction. No coordination with rescue personnel, no effort whatsoever.

Stella may have been in Congress since 2016 but that doesn't make her an already likely candidate for Mayor as she hasn't been actively helping the community she's elected to help. She only appears during elections. The same goes for her husband Miro.

So what is truly the basis? Infrastructure is not something I'd consider an accomplishment. It's the active participation in community efforts and programs that truly help the people that don't involve placing their names on projects and programs funded by the taxpayers as it is their obligation and responsibility to do so as Public Officials.

Just because they're both pink, doesn't mean they have the same principles in politics. FVP Atty. Leni Robredo is a True and Legitimate Kakampink while Stella Quimbo was merely using the hype of the Leni-Kiko Movement in 2022 to gain synpathy from Marikina voters to support her candidacy. She's not a True and Legitimate Kakampink and will never be one. She is, in fact, a KakamFAKE.

Breaking our hiatus para sa isang mahalagang paalala sa mga baguettes this coming elections: hindi porket kapareho ng kulay sa kampanya, kapareho na ng prinsipiyo at pulitika.

Sure na sure kami, may ekonomistang papalag sa Maharlika at Confidential Funds dito 🌸 will never even think of defending those in front of the entire nation!

Now that the local campaign period has begun in Marikina, politicians have started their runs around the city. And the stark contrast between the photos from News5 really shows who people really want to vote for. Just by the reactions alone, the number of laughing reactions compared to the heart reactions on Quimbo and Pimentel's photos are strikingly shocking. Then there's Teodoro which are filled with mainly heart and care reactions.

Quimbo's troll farms can't work with adding "positive" engagement now as they can't get their payouts since it is now considered as Vote-buying. So all the comments on Quimbo ang Pimentel's photos are mainly from the people whom they realized what they really plan on doing in Marikina. And it's not just the Marikeños who are criticizing Quimbo and Pimentel, but also from other cities as they've seen what Stella Quimbo has been doing to the National Funds (taking note that she's to appear to the Supreme Court on April 1-3 for the Oral Arguments regarding the blanks in the BiCam report). Then there's the criticism towards Pimentel who still claims he's Marikeño even though he hails from Cagayan de Oro. He only claims he's Marikeño because he has a house (owned by his father and late-Senator Nene Pimentel) and his second wife (his first wife annulled their wedding due to the abuse she went through in the hands of Koko), Kat Pimentel who lives in District 1. Also taking note of how Koko even said that he loves his hometown in Cagayan de Oro after attempting to run as the Mayor but eventually lost. Lastly, he also violated the COVID-19 Health Protocols when he tested positive for the virus.

As Koko Pimentel's favorite saying "Use your kokote", for Marikeños, who will you truly vote for? The one who truly loves you and the city, and never left you in times of need? Or the one who only appeared during the election season and another who suddenly pops up and claims he hails from the city?

As the former Vice President said during a debate for the 2022 Elections, "A true leader shows up in the most difficult times. Kung hindi ka nag-show up in the most difficult times, hindi ka leader".

Where were these people when you needed them most? Where were they during the pandemic, the flooding caused by typhoons, supertyphoons, and monsoons? Vote with your hearts and minds, not just the mind to which it can be mind-conditioned by surveys. I know who I'm voting for, and those are the ones who value Good Governance and one of the convenors of Mayors for Good Governance. In short, it's 🩵🩵🩵.
