As one half of the DJ duo Théque Support, he has helped shape the Seattle's modern disco scene with a party-first, ego-last approach. The duo started throwing Disco Dust to celebrate the deeper cuts and weirder edits that don’t always get their shine—and it's grown into a home for music heads and dancers alike.

ABOUT BOOGIETRAXX
As a rhythmic renovator of retro funk, Boogietraxx offers a lens into the discoverse that brought dance music to the masses but offers a uniquely soulful and modern twist.

Born in Staten Island, NY and now living in Austin, TX for the last few years, Boogietraxx, is helmed by producer/DJ Brandon Keeks who’s also ½ of Hot Fun. And he brings an array of influences in his soundscapes that feature filter house, French touch, and filter funk.

Brought up on a nutritious diet of Prince, Kashif, George Benson, Daft Punk, DJ Falcon, Romanthony, and countless others, Boogietraxx’s sound is rooted in the future with accentuated basslines and laser-guided melodies.

Since moving to Austin, Brandon has teamed up with local wellness and entertainment collective, Conscious Raving, to curate dance parties with purpose, and inject a whole lot of suave disco boogie rhythm to each experience. He’s honed his skills all over the circuit at venues like Empire Control Room, Vulcan Gas Company, The Drafting Room, Indra’s Awarehouse, Voodoo Room, and more.

To date, Boogietraxx has released on Super Spicy Records, Hot Digits Music, Shame Records and more. Not only do his tracks offer something fresh out of the funk box, but his sets offer a joyful journey, oscillating anywhere from soulful vocal-driven sonatas to jackin’ house stompers. There really is no limit for what discosphere Boogietraxx will ascend to, so be sure to reserve some life to get lost in the bonafide beats of Boogietraxx!
