🌍 5.1 Earthquake | Batangas-Cavite | August 20, 2025

Quite a strong shake last night around 12:43 AM. I was still wide awake working when it hit. Not to boast, just honestly sharing that my first response was to pray: "Lord, keep us safe."

My youngest, who was also up at the time, asked me:
"Ohhhh Mommy, what’s that?" I gently answered, "That’s an earthquake, baby. Just pray."

After things calmed down, I checked our CCTV footage out of curiosity , but strangely, there was nothing. No movement. No sign. Almost like it never happened. God’s hands truly protect, indeed.

🙏 A gentle reminder to all of us:
When moments like this come, let our first instinct be prayer, not panic.

Not reaching for our phones, not going live, not recording , but reaching up.☝️

Stay safe, everyone. Aftershocks are possible. Let’s remain vigilant and anchored in faith.
