Our Story
Hello Lovelies!
I’m a Certified Life and Empowerment Coach, an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and a Domestic Violence, Human Trafficking and Sexual Assault Advocate. As a Domestic Violence Survivor, myself, I know how it feels to be in pain, lost, alone, depressed, tired, ready to give up, lack of love, no confidence, zero self-belief and to not have a vision for how my life was going to be in the future.
I was in a relationship for 9 years that involved an immense amount of mental and physical abuse and at the time I thought that my life was over and that my fate was sealed. It took so much courage and strength for me to leave and once I did well, I had no idea what to do then. It took years of counseling, self-development, building a new support system, dabbling in different hobbies, reading, programs and prayer for me to feel what I would call “normal” again. I had panic attacks, anxiety, depression, couldn’t sleep, my weight would yo-yo up and down and so many other things that were unfavorable for my life and those around me. I have invested in so many “programs” for self-help, self-love, motivation, inspiration, nutrition, fitness…you name it. Nothing seemed to work and at the time I thought it was just me, that there was something wrong with me. Finally, I was able to pick myself up and move on however, I needed more, much more! I needed someone that would listen, not judge me and show me unconditional love and support. I am so thankful that I finally found that in my Coach! Not only did she not judge me or “tell me what to do”…she listened, she helped me move beyond my pain, my past and my limited beliefs in myself. She gave me a safe space to develop my dreams, goals and visions for my life and the kind of world that I wanted to create. That’s why I’m here, to give you the same loving, caring space to create the life of your dreams. To finally to be free of your past because that doesn’t define you, it only makes you stronger and guides you into the greatness that you were meant to walk in. I am so grateful that I’ve found my passion and purpose in life and I look forward to doing the same for you!
