💥 Here’s the shift that changed everything for me…

For nearly 20 years, I thought success meant working harder.
Longer hours.
More overtime.
Sacrificing weekends, holidays, and memories, because that’s what we’re taught: if you just grind harder, you’ll eventually “make it.”

👉 But here’s the truth… working harder doesn’t create freedom.
It creates burnout.

The real shift came when I realised this:
