Good evening everyone!
I wanted to have a post on here to explain “My Why”, why I have started a new online business.
I was given some “home truths” by someone in my life, I don’t need to get in to any of that but essentially, it was what kicked me up the arse to really think about what I wanted from life and how I can achieve it.
After leaving my marriage, I made a decision to not settle for anything. I want everything I want in life and thats okay, its better than okay because that is why we are here, right? To enjoy life?
My children are my absolute everything, I have always worked from home and been flexible for them since the day my son was born, 7 years ago. But the business meant that “working from home” was quite literally that, I was tied to the house and it can get real lonely, I LOVE what I do - creating clothing for children, I love to create, to design, to make but what I don’t love is being stuck to a time frame and getting overwhelmed which was happening on a daily basis, so I knew I needed a change which is what lead me to look for more opportunities.
I began temping, and I will tell you one thing, earning £12 an hour and being stuck in an office is not for me! So I continued searching…
I found an online community that gave me the opportunity to start a new business - online and the only equipment I need is my phone and laptop -essentially meaning that I can work from any damn place in the world and be there 100% for my children without distractions!
