Camped out in Guian, Samar for two nights after a drive so long we started questioning our life choices. Dulo na ata to ng Pilipinas? 😂

But grabe, sobrang sulit. The place is stunning, simple, quiet, and way more beautiful than we expected. Walang signal pero madami naman kami baon na kwento. ❤️

Was delayed but we still made it, and even luckier that we got a quick tour of the ferry. The trip was surprisingly fast, and smooth going to Samar. Big thanks to the Fast Cat crew for the warm welcome and a hassle-free ride.

“Daragang Magayon” that’s where Mayon Volcano got its name. Ibig sabihin sa Bicol “Magandang Dalaga” sabi sa kwento, nagmahal, ipinaglaban, pero parehong nawala sila ng mahal niya.

Sa spot kung saan sila inilibing, doon tumayo si Mayon. Kaya pala sobrang ganda, may dalang kwento ng pag-ibig at sakripisyo.

Day 1 - June 10

Camped here at Quituinan Ranch after 13 hours on the road. We were all tired, but finally getting to camp and just enjoy the quiet made it worth it. Sobrang peaceful dito.

Sayang lang, Mayon was hiding behind the clouds the whole time maulan kasi. But even without her showing up, the place was still beautiful in its own calm way.

Our entry to the Philippine Campout 2024!! We felt exalted to be nominated as one of the best camp set ups in this event. Never would’ve thought that we’ll be able to have this kind of set-up when we started camping. From binabaha sa loob ng tent to never na kakabahan mabasa sa ulan while sleeping. 🧡

Congratulations Camper and Camp Worshiphill for pulling off this event! What a huge success! Hoping to have more events like this in the future.
