How can I transfer my account to a new device?
To make sure you don’t lose your progress when switching to a new smartphone or tablet, you can choose one of the convenient login methods below.
🌐 Universal Method (for all devices):
1. Open Settings and select "Log in with Name/Password".
2. Create and enter a username (minimum 12 characters, Latin letters and numbers only).
3. Create a password (minimum 12 characters, Latin letters and numbers only).
(Log in with these credentials on your new device to automatically load your progress).
Alternatively, depending on your operating system, you can use quick profile linking:
📱 For Android users:
1. On your old device, link your account to your Google or Facebook profile.
2. On your new device, simply log into the game using the same account details, and your progress will be restored automatically.
🍏 For iOS users:
1. On your old device, link your account to Facebook or Apple ID (available on iOS 13 and later).
2. On your new device, sign in using the same profile to fully restore your data.
⚠️ Important note when switching platforms:
If you are moving from Android to iOS, or from iOS to Android, your progress can only be transferred via Facebook. Simply link your account to your Facebook profile on your old device and sign in through Facebook on your new one.
