I’m gonna get real here for this share. 2025 broke my heart to the point it felt like I may not survive the pain. And, it also taught me who deserves a place at my table and who does not. I thrived and survived due to my amazing day job that is my family and my side hustle of repeat clients who have become like family. I’ve seen them through engagements, weddings, one child, two children. It has been among one of my greatest joys in this life. Walking alongside my repeat clients and growing with them through their journeys and sharing these moments with them. As a photographer, you get the close up view, and man is it beautiful. THIS is what has kept me moving, THIS is what has provided me the ability to hold onto my home for my son, keep his life consistent and mine as well. 2025 broke my heart, but I am rebuilding, and I will never stop moving, never stop shooting, never stop loving as hard as I can. This is just one picture of one family that I’ve gotten to be a part of the treasured moments, and a picture of people who have held me up shining a light in the dark for me. I’m crying as I write this, grateful tears. Tears of gratitude. I will never again doubt my ability to prevail. Love you all. And with so much gratitude, I’m wrapping up the year with love and thanks. 🙏 congrats to .grasser.realtor and on their little love on the way. I’m so grateful to be a part of their journey with the close up view.
