Happy Valentine’s Day 💖

taking it back to our going away party where several of my doula clients came and my home was filled with all of these little loves 🫶🏻 it was such a beautiful and emotional day. so thankful for all of these incredible mamas. 🥹🥲

I’ve always envisioned my clients being my own daughter. how I pray that someone would care and serve her when she’s having her own children one day.

being a doula I feel like a mother figure, sister or best friend- supporting someone I love. it’s beautiful and such a blessing to come alongside these mamas with support, understanding and love.

thankful to be a small part of these moments and so thankful for this family who trusted in me and invited me into their sacred space. who would have known I had only met them days prior to this moment. 🥲 never too late to get a doula. 🫶🏻

I pray I’m never not touched or emotional during birth.

The miracle and absolute joy this moment is. I’m in awe every time I get to witness as life takes their first breath in as mama takes a deep breath out.

There’s truly nothing better than this moment right here.

This first time mama went unmedicated and listened to her body as she rode the waves of labor- strong and beautifully to birth her daughter. 🕊️

my first *almost* year as a doula 🤍

truly humbled by each mother that invited me into her sacred birthing space. humbled and honored to witness the miracle of newborn taking their first breath. wow, just wow. thank you for trusting in me and letting me be able to be the hands and feet of Jesus, serving and loving you. 😭

I’m excited and hopeful for what next year will bring! I’ll take a pause once we move until we’re able to find reliable childcare and then I’ll slowly start taking on clients. Praying to be able to serve and be the hands and feet of Jesus once more. It’s an honor I don’t take lightly and my heart is so full. Thank you. 🥹
