Spesh Pass friends! We are thinking of making vol. 2 of Family Portrait, a compilation album of collaborations among family members. We would aim to release it around the holidays so y'all would have plenty of time to submit a song. There are no restrictions on content, recording quality, or the definition of family. Our Cicada Summer compilation got a sweet shout out on the Radiolab blog today!

They're not locusts. They don't eat crops, don't sting babies to death, don't even harm fruit. Yes, they make loud, screechy noises, but if you were a female cicada, you'd find the love songs ... um ... lovely. Here come the cicadas!

Hiya friends from near and far! It seems that we have been pretty crappy about our internet presence and stopped updating regularly, got viruses, didn't pay godaddy enough, etc. We'd like to think this is because of all the nice things we've been doing away from the internet! Don't worry, we still care about you and we still play music and are working on compilations and projects in Columbia and beyond. Hopefully you will learn about them here one day!!!
