COMMUNITY!! Community within the fitness space has become so important to me. The thing I love about all the girls I’ve met online is their humility & aspiration to be better 🫶🏻 The most valuable thing I’ve gained from creating this page is a wholesome community that actually engage with me in real life & my little account 🥹

April dumpy feels like a very wholesome one, this month’s been good to me 🩷 Slowing down on annual leave this month has given me time to think about what happiness really means to me: Consistent training, time off training. Healthy foods, unhealthy foods. Time in nature, time in the city. Time with animals, time with people whose energies & principles I align with, time alone. Tight gym fits, loose clothes. All of this simultaneously. For me happiness is finding rhythm; harmony, between the duality of things - I guess this is what I do love about currently living between two cities; one urban one suburban, & following two dreams; “white collar job”, “pink collar job”. There’s a lot going on at the moment, a lot of transition, & it can feel overwhelming at times. But how grateful I am to be busy, & to be growing through obstacles. If there’s anything you can take from my little oversharing caption, define what happiness means for you & if that means you’re doing a bit of yin & a bit of yang you do that! There’s no one else like you, your dreams & what you’ve achieved - you did that, all you ✨
