The satellite event of the 8th International Biennale of Non-Objective Arts titled Beyond…Au dela…, brings together an exciting and diverse group of contemporary artists whose practices span sculpture, origami, relief, painting, drawing, and printmaking. Opening on September 19th in artist studio (Duende the Studio), in New Delhi, this exhibition showcases work that pushes the boundaries of conventional art-making and redefines how we experience visual culture today.
Drawing from a range of cultural, educational, and professional backgrounds, these artists are united by a distinct visual language that embraces reduction, simplicity, and innovation. Their work reflects a growing global movement that challenges dominant narratives in the art world—using minimal means to communicate deeply resonant ideas and emotions.

The Satellite events are produced by various curators’ spaces as official participants via Foundation Roland Orepuk, France in association with global program for 2025.

Austin’s Indian community came together this past weekend for a vibrant evening of dance, music, and philanthropy at the annual Garba event in support of Sankara Eye Foundation (SEF). The event, held at [venue name if you have it], drew hundreds of attendees dressed in traditional attire, creating a dazzling sea of color and energy on the dance floor.

The night featured live Garba and Raas music that kept dancers on their feet for hours. From spirited circles of students and families to seasoned dancers leading intricate steps, the event offered something for everyone. Volunteers worked tirelessly to ensure smooth registration, food stalls, and raffle activities that added to the festive atmosphere.

Austin audiences stepped into a world where myth met movement, where rhythm echoed emotion, and where love transcended lifetimes. Love Beyond Time, a spellbinding Bharata Natyam production by Austin Dance India, was more than a dance performance—it was a spiritual journey, a visual poem, and a celebration of eternal tales told through classical Indian dance and soul-stirring live music. Under the masterful artistic direction of Anuradha Naimpally—an Austin Arts Hall of Famer and the heart of Indian classical arts in the region—the production unfolded at the Dougherty Arts Center through two sold-out shows that immersed viewers in a rich tapestry of stories drawn from Hindu mythology and devotional poetry. The program followed a carefully curated arc, exploring the many dimensions of love: from playful devotion and unrequited longing to divine union and pure joy. The evening opened with a reverent invocation to Lord Ganesha (Ganesha Stuti), setting a tone of auspiciousness and spiritual grounding. What followed was a journey across emotional landscapes. These were not just dances—they were emotional narratives brought to life through the expressive eyes and sculptural gestures of the dancers. The portrayal of unrequited love, hesitation, and the soul’s yearning for divine union was rendered with aching beauty. What elevated Love Beyond Time even further was the presence of a live Carnatic musical ensemble whose artistry was nothing short of extraordinary.
