The Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Bagongbong extends heartfelt appreciation to all our amazing youth participants who actively joined and showcased their creativity and enthusiasm during our Fragrance Making Seminar-Workshop! Your eagerness to learn and hands-on participation truly made this activity a meaningful and successful one.

Our deepest gratitude to our passionate and talented Resource Speaker, Ms. Yvanette Kae Juanco, for generously sharing her expertise and guiding our participants in creating their own signature scents.Your knowledge and dedication truly inspired our young minds to explore new livelihood opportunities and express their creativity through fragrance.

Special thanks as well to Myrna Lee for generously rendering her car as the service for our participants, and to SB Francis Laab and SB Marigie Palmares for extending their kind assistance through additional gasoline support.

A Livelihood Seminar-Workshop on Perfume, Room Spray, and Car Diffuser Making.

The Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Bagongbong warmly invites all interested Bagongbonganon youth to take part in our upcoming Livelihood Program: “Fragrance Creations.” This seminar and hands-on workshop is designed to unlock your creativity and equip you with practical skills in the art of fragrance-making,from crafting personalized perfumes to producing your own room sprays and car diffusers.

We are privileged to feature Ms. Yvanette Kae Juanco, the esteemed owner and founder of La Luz Essence, a well-known local brand recognized for its high-quality handcrafted fragrances. Her passion, experience, and entrepreneurial journey will inspire participants to explore new livelihood opportunities and develop their own signature scents.

This activity aims to enhance creativity, promote entrepreneurship, and empower the youth through meaningful and skill-based learning.

CSC GRANTS CIVIL SERVICE ELIGIBILITY TO SK OFFICIALS UNDER R.A. 11768!

The Civil Service Commission (CSC) has officially announced the grant of civil service eligibility to Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) officials, in accordance with Republic Act No. 11768, otherwise known as the "Act Strengthening the Sangguniang Kabataan, Institutionalizing Reforms, and Providing Honorarium, Other Benefits, and Privileges."

Under this law, SK chairpersons and SK council members including SK treasurers and secretaries who have rendered at least one full term of service are now qualified for civil service eligibility, subject to the guidelines set by the CSC.

Considering that RA No. 11768 took effect on 1 June 2022, SKOs in good standing who were incumbents during the term 2018 to 2022 and those who will be elected and/or appointed as SKOs thereafter, shall be entitled to the grant of SKOE under these rules, subject to the rule on completion of term of office under Section 6 herein.

This eligibility is equivalent to a career service eligibility - subprofessional level, and may be used in applying for appropriate positions in the government, provided all other qualification requirements of the position are met.
