Things have been really difficult lately, both with my health and finances. I'm trying to manage three herniated discs in my back and ongoing internal bleeding, all while needing a biopsy for an unknown mass. To add to the stress, my car, my only source of income DoorDash has completely broken down, and I'm currently unable to afford the repairs.

Soo I was working last night doordashin & me car quit on me.
At this point I really don't know how or what to do.
My health issues don't let me work a normal 9_5 or be on my feet for extended time. At this point I'm truly scared if you could help in anyway it would be a god send, sharing liking really does go a long thank you all for hearing me out

Please help me & my family if you can. I am need of serious medical assistance. The state of Florida has helped me as far is telling me i have serious medical issues, and then tells me to figure the rest out on my own With no medical insurance, no one will see me. so i has to pay up front for any testing for services

Fallowers Sooo checking in lol. Dads health is better and after the holidays we might jump back into live streaming some Sim racing.
