多多幫我share,like,comment。

Pulse taking in Chinese Medicine🫳🪬

I know some of the terms like a slippery pulse may be confusing and unclear, I was very confused when I first started learning too😆

When I first took people’s pulses, I could only feel how strong the pulse was, and how fast or slow the pace was. I couldn’t feel anything else.

This is a practice that takes years to master, and the best way to learn is to sit by an experienced practitioner and learn by mirroring and reflecting them.

So if you’d like to learn more or have any questions, follow along and let me know your thoughts in the comments!

Forest & Nature Therapy🌿✨

In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), we believe in 天人合一—the harmony between humans and nature. Just as the body follows natural rhythms, so should we.

Spending time in the forest isn’t just relaxing; it’s a way to reconnect with the energy of the earth and restore balance within.

The fresh air nourishes 肺 (Lungs), the vibrant greenery soothes 肝 (Liver), and the stillness calms 心 (Heart). Walking barefoot on the ground can even strengthen 肾 (Kidneys), rooting us like a strong tree.

Nature isn’t separate from us—we are part of it. When we align with its flow, true healing begins. 🍃🌏

Have you ever felt refreshed after a walk in nature? That’s the power of oneness. Let’s embrace it. 🌱

Nature is Medicine 🏞️

Sometimes it’s really funny when you see someone running happily in nature on social media videos, but have you tried it yourself?

Most of us don’t go out into nature, and instead spend most of our time locked in a house full of walls. But is this really how humans should be living?

In Chinese Medicine, one of the key factors to good health is having a strong unity with the rhythms of nature. This requires exposure to real light (sunlight & moonlight), real plants, and breathing fresh air.

Modernization brings us away from what’s really good for us, which is why terms like nature therapy, or forest bathing are becoming more popular.

Try spending half an hour in a garden nearby, or by a river. Don’t bring any electronic devices, or at least turn on Do not disturb. Set a timer for 30 minutes and just be.

Feel and embrace the sights and sounds of nature, and be one with the world again.

this trend, but without coffee.

did you know I wanted to study Business?😆

I wanted to become a YouTuber since I was 16. I filmed myself almost everyday, but I never posted, because I was scared of strangers judging me.

So I waited, but I never stopped filming myself. 8 years later now, I have grown two accounts to more than hundreds of thousands of followers.

I guess it’s time to post them now🤭

Would you like to see more posts of my story from high school? 🏫

If you finished watching this video and read this caption, thank you🩵 I’m really grateful that you’re supporting my journey as a creator🥰

I share about my life on and health tips based on Chinese Medicine on

Do drop a follow if this interests you🫶 and if not, let’s hope we meet again😁

Here’s What It Means in TCM🌿⬇️

Ever feel like there’s a tight band around your chest or a lump stuck in your throat, even though there’s nothing physically there?

In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), these sensations often relate to Qi stagnation and Phlegm accumulation—where energy flow is blocked, leading to discomfort.

✨ For chest tightness with shortness of breath or mild pain → 瓜蒌薤白半夏汤 (Gualou Xiebai Banxia Tang) helps open up the chest, resolve phlegm, and improve circulation.

✨ For a sensation of something stuck in the throat (‘梅核气’ / ‘plum pit Qi’) → 半夏厚朴汤 (Banxia Houpo Tang) soothes emotional stress, regulates Qi flow, and dissolves phlegm.

These herbal formulas are rooted in centuries of wisdom, helping restore balance naturally.

Have you ever experienced these symptoms? Let me know in the comments! ⬇️

they say “pick your battles wisely”

And I did. After learning Chinese Medicine for five years, I decided to share this gift with the world.

Our ancestors have been practicing and using this medicine to treat illness for thousands of years, and it is the most personalized form of medicine available, with origins in both philosophy and science.

We believe that nature has the answers, and the gifts of nature can heal us from the inside out. There’s so much more that I have yet to share, but I wanna hear your thoughts.

What do you think? Is Chinese Medicine scientific?

have you tried facial acupuncture? [read my story ⬇️]

When I first started learning acupuncture, I practiced on myself to see how it felt. I did many tests on parts of my body to see if it really works.

Initially I didn’t see any results from facial acupuncture. So one day I decided to try something wild. I only placed needles on one side of my face.

The results were so obvious. The half that was treated was lifted, while the other side of my face didn’t change at all.

When I went to class, my friends asked me what happened to my face. So I checked my reflection and realized it was too obvious. The unbalance was REAL! So I went back and did the other side right after class. And I was fully lifted😆

End of Story🤭

Have you tried this before? If not, would you try it?
