The media news is totally asking the wrong questions: (1) Was the weapon in evidence locker? (2) if not why not? (3) How the f^*( did he get a hold of the weapons used in a crime? If these weapons were in police custody s&*t. The local news is not pushing for the right questions to be answered. This is not a gun law issue but a complete lack of protocols by either the DA, Sheriff's office or the police department. There are so many procedures potentially gone wrong with this event and the entire city should be outraged.
