Be willing to continue showing up for even those small gains because they all count.

I would love for you to share this so it can get to someone who needs to hear it. I think this is one of the best videos I ever made. It's part of my thesis for what doing today is all about. I still struggle with this but because of all of that work that I put in I still have a foundation in my wiring that helps me through difficult times. I hope you're having a wonderful weekend, but if not, know that it's your choice how you react to the way things are going. we all have the ability choose to react in a way that makes our life much better than it was before.

I've been needing this one here. It's so true. When we spend our time thinking about all the reasons something won't work or why we can't do something, we miss seeing all the ways it CAN work. Attitude matters so let's be prepared to find the good rather than focusing on the negative.

👀 I do feel like a failure after trying so many times and continuing to lack the self control and consistency to stick with the things I know I so badly need.

💯 So here's to the saying, "if at first you don't succeed, try, try again."

🔥 Failure does not exist if you do not give up and this is me not giving up on me.

I just saw this today and it was kind of alarming. Time really does fly by and it's so easy to just be "busy" and allow time to pass without living with intention.

There are so many things I have wanted to get started that keep getting pushed to the side.

This is the wake up call I needed to remind me that my past actions have set me into routines/habits that are holding me back from change and the future I envision can't become a reality without taking intentional actions today.

We only control today. So let's start with today.

Because without today, yesterday and tomorrow don't matter!

Day 13 - Focus, committed, discipline

You don't need luck when you have consistency.

Most people searching for luck end up trying one thing then another then another hoping something will be the that one "lucky" chance.

But the tried and true process is consistently taking those little actions that lead toward success.

If you feel like you are lacking control in your life and you are constantly looking for something else that "works", start adding small habits that you can consistently stick to.

That consistency in achieving small goals will help you feel that control that you are looking for.

And then repeat!
