Transport Topics UK Selling transport photos via britishrailwayphotographs.com and ebay. Also direct via catalogue/lists. No more slides, strictly prints now.

Way back in 1988 inspired by Colour-Rail we produced our first list of duplicate 35mm railway slides. Soon after this we also started producing black & white and colour prints from both our slide collection and our negatives. In those earleir times many nights were spent in the darkroom often into the early hours of the morning processing prints for orders. But then many years later "digital" rais

ed it's welcome head. Substitute thermometers, developer, stop and fixer trays with a scanner and it brings us up to date. Utilising our library of around 35,000 images we now sell via lists, open days and of course Ebay. We are always happy to receive enquiries from collectors and publishers alike and have helped out Railway Magazine, Traction, Tranport Video Publishing, Triangle Publishing, Strathwood and many others with their needs. We are also always eager to expand our collection and buy masters with copyright on Ebay as well as direct from enthusiasts. We also lease some collections allowing the owners to make a few pennies whilst still ownin their original slides or negs. For further details of our services, items and lists please fell free to get in touch. Or send me a friend invite via Facebook to keep up to date with our shenanigans.

I am at the tail end of scanning a large batch of old 126 negatives that have been loaned to me, a largish project in itself. And I have taken far too long with all the other scanning commitments to get these done.
So I thought I would also scan some 126 odds and bods that I have picked up over the years and tag them on. These 126 negs are a challenge but I feel it is worth it for the content if not the quality.

Here is one of the "Odds" that requires a the dedication of a fair bit of time if it is going to make the website.

A location would be useful if anyone can help?

Anyway, here we go.

THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU.

On our pages we have had 224,642 views and 20,541 interactions in the last 28 days. And our website is up to 37,870 hits. For a small operation like ours these sort of figures make it all worthwhile.
As long as you keep interacting I will keep posting.

And to celebrate and grab your interest here is one of my old shots:

I have a soft spot for the 26s. Didn't see too many of them myself but I have been lucky in securing lots of master slides and negs of the little critters.

I don't have many Pre WW2 shots in the archive, but here is one that slipped through the net and has only just been scanned. A tidy up then onto the website.

In the land of the East Angles we capture an image of ERIC the Gronk.
From a time in history when every self respecting station, goods yard or depot could boast a Gronk.
Now a rare beast, catch them while you can.

Not the greatest of shots and it needs some more tinkering, but something a little bit different from me.
I have deliberately left the train image off centre to include the vehicles which may be of interest to some.

Anyway the details I have are:
